This section describes how TriTechne ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information related specifically to our SMS and mobile messaging programs. It supplements the TriTechne Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

When you opt in to receive text messages from TriTechne, we collect your mobile phone number and any related opt-in consent records. We may also associate your number with your applicant or employee profile for communication purposes.

3. How We Use This Information

We use your mobile number exclusively to send you information related to job applications and recruitment updates, interviews and scheduling, and onboarding and employment communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opt-In, Opt-Out, and HELP Instructions

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring text messages from TriTechne. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP in reply to any message. For assistance, text HELP or contact us at support@tritechne.com. Opting out will stop all future text messages, though you may still receive non-SMS communications (e.g., email).

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

TriTechne does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile opt-in data, consent information, or mobile numbers to third parties for their marketing or promotional use. We may share data only with service providers who perform messaging or data processing functions on our behalf, and solely for program operation.

Your mobile number and associated consent records are retained only as long as necessary to manage your messaging preferences and maintain compliance documentation.
